SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

 

DELIVERY TIMES:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS

  • European Union: 3-6 business days
  • USA/Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Other countries: 7-11 business days

We do not ship to Australia.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically once you fill in your shipping details.

The shipping cost includes taxes. Customs clearance fees are the client’s responsibility.

 

CHANGES AND RETURNS:

EUROPEAN UNION

Once you receive your order you have 8 days to notify us if you want to make a change or return.

The first change of size is free. If the size is wrong and you need to make a change in size, send us an email to info@mariagallart.com, indicating your order and the correct size change so that we can process a new shipment and pick up the previous one.

The shipping/return costs will be paid by the client. We do not admit any return in accessories: earrings, clutches, shawls, etc.

Step 1. Contact us sending an email to info@mariagallart.com and indicate the reason (wrong size, color, model, etc.) and include the reference of your purchase.

Step 2. The products must be returned with their original box and the corresponding invoice (they must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified, undamaged and with price tags intact).

Step 3. We will notify the shipping company so that they can pick up your package.

Step 4. Once we receive the package back, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. We will refund you the garment’s total price in the same way that you made the payment and within 5-10 business days.

INTERNATIONALS AND UNITED KINGDOM

We do not admit any returns from countries outside the European Union or United Kingdom.
