SHIPPING

National shipping is free of charge (excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) with delivery within 24 to 72 business hours. Two delivery attempts are included.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping costs and delivery times by region:

  • Spain: Free – delivered in 24-72h
  • Balearic Islands: 6€ – delivered in 2-5 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 10€ – delivered in 3-6 business days
  • Europe (Zone 1) – Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Belgium … : 10€ – delivered in 2-5 business days
  • Europe (Zone 2) – Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Finland … : 15€ – delivered in 3-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 18€ – delivered in 3-6 business days
  • International (United States and Canada): 21€ – delivered in 5-10 business days
  • International (Latin America and the Caribbean): 28€ – delivered in 7-12 business days

For countries not listed above, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Please note: All prices include VAT. Maria Gallart is not responsible for customs or import duties. These must be covered by the customer.

ONLINE RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Returns are not accepted for accessories such as earrings, bags or shawls.

Return shipping cost (deducted from your refund):

  • From Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): €6
  • From Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €10
  • From other countries: same as original shipping cost

Note: If your original order included a shipping fee, this amount will not be refunded.

How to request a return:

  1. Email us at info@mariagallart.com with your order number, your preferred collection time slot (morning or afternoon), and if you’d like, the reason for the return.
  2. Place the item in its original box, in perfect condition, with all tags attached.
  3. Our team will coordinate the pickup with the courier service and send you the return label by email. Please print it and attach it to the outside of the package.
  4. Once the package has been received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the return shipping cost, using the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 2 to 10 business days.

Important: Items that are worn, stained, or returned without original tags will not be accepted.

Need a different size, model or color?
Simply place a new order and request a return for the item you no longer wish to keep.
