SHIPPING

National shipments are FREE (except the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and will be delivered within 24h to 72h
business days. The shipping companies will attempt to deliver the goods up to 2 times.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or the holidays.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

– Pick up in Maria Gallart store: Free.
– Shipping to Spain (Peninsula): Free (delivery 24h to 72h).
– Shipping to the Balearic Islands: 8€ (delivery 2 to 6 working days).
– Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15€ (delivery 3 to 6 working days).
– International shipping: The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when you will fill in your address information (delivery
5 to 10 working days).

Depending on the location of purchase there might be an additional customs clearance cost for the customer.

 

ONLINE CHANGES

Once the package arrives at the designated address, there is a 10 day period where the customer can make a size, color or model
change. The first change is FREE of charge whithin the Peninsula, Spain (the second one will have an additional fee). For the rest of
the territories there is a cost of 10€.
There are no returns or changes on accessories (earrings, bags and shawls).

The following steps are:

Step 1. Send an email to info@mariagallart.com indicating the change you want (new size, color, etc.).

Step 2. Garments must be returned in their original packaging (same condition, with original labeling).

Step 3. A transport company will collect the returned package and will deliver the new one.

 

ONLINE RETURNS

Once the package arrives at the designated adress, there is a 10 day period where the customer can make a return.
There are no returns or changes on accessories (earrings, bags and shawls).

– Returns at the physical shop are FREE of charge.

– Items that need to be returned from a home address have an additional cost:
Catalonia 6€.
Spain (Peninsula) 8€.
Balearic Islands 8€.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 15€.
For other countries the cost will be equal to the initial shipping charge.

The following steps are:

Step 1. Send an email to info@mariagallart.com explaining the reason of the return, including the reference number of your purchase.
Indicate the day and time frame (morning or afternoon) for the pick up of your package.

Step 2. Garments must be returned in their original packaging (same condition, with original labeling).

Step 3. A transport company will collect the package.

Step 4. Once the returned package is received, the buyer will get an email confirmation. There will be a full refund of
the purchase that was made, with the subtracted shipping fee. Refunds take from 3 to 10 working days.

In the event that the garment is returned in poor condition (used, stained, etc.) the refund will not be made.

 

RETURNS AT THE PHYSICAL SHOP

Barcelona shop location: Rector Ubach Street, 51

For purchases made online, the returns at the physical shop are FREE of charge. There is a 10 day period where the customer can
return an item. A full refund will be granted whithin 3 to 10 working days.

For purchases made at the physical shop, returns are possible only for an exchange or for a VOUCHER (without expiration date).
Exchanges can be made within a 15 day period.
