Domestic shipping

Shipping within mainland Spain is free of charge.

Delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Shipments, deliveries and collections are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

- Mainland Spain: Free - delivery in 1-3 business days.

- Balearic Islands: 6€- delivery in 2-5 business days.

- Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 10€- delivery in 3-6 business days.

- Europe (Zone 1) - Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Belgium ... : 10€ - delivery in 2-5 business days.

- Europe (Zone 2) - Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Finland ... : 15€ - delivery in 3-7 business days.

- United Kingdom : 18€ - delivery in 3-7 business days.

- International (USA & Canada) : 21€ - delivery in 5-10 business days.

- International (Latin America & Caribbean) : 28€ - delivery in 7-12 business days.

Important

Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ONLINE RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for accessories such as earrings, bags or shawls.

Return costs

(The amount will be deducted from the final refund)

- Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands): 6€

- Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 10€

- Other countries: return costs will be equivalent to the shipping cost for your zone.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to request a return

1. Contact us

Please email us at info@mariagallart.com including:

- your order number

- the collection address (if different from the original shipping address)

- your preferred collection day and time slot (morning or afternoon)

If you wish, you may also include the reason for the return.

2. Prepare your parcel

Items must be returned in their original box, in perfect condition and with all tags attached.

3. We arrange the collection

Our team will organise the collection with the courier service and send you a shipping label by email.

You will simply need to print it and attach it to the parcel.

4. Refund

Once the parcel has been received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within approximately 2-10 business days.

Important

Returns of used, stained or tagless items will not be accepted.

Need another size or colour?

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or colour, we recommend contacting our team before requesting a return.

Whenever possible and subject to availability, we will be happy to help arrange the exchange in the easiest way possible.
