DELIVERY TIMES

Items purchased online are delivered within 3 business days starting from the day of purchase.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs differ depending on the country of destination.

• Urban (Barcelona) of 5 €
• National / Peninsula (Spain) of 6 €
• Balearic and Canary Islands (will be indicated at the end of the order)
• International (depending on destination will be indicated at the end of the order)

CHANGES & RETURNS

Once you receive the package you have 8 days to make your change / return without any additional costs.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified, undamaged with price tags intact.

The products must be returned with their original packaging and the corresponding invoice.

To make a change / return online, send an email to info@mariagallart.com. Indicate the reason (wrong size, color, model, etc.) and include the reference number of your purchase and it will be processed.

For an online refund, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as we receive the returned product. You will be refunded in the same way that you made the payment and within 8 business days.
